We’re an independently owned and operated HVAC shop that’s been keeping Atlanta homes comfortable since 2003. Our crew is small by design, which means the person you talk to on the phone is the same person who knows your street, your system, and your last service call. Every technician who pulls up in a Cold Harbour van lives here, works here, and understands what a Georgia August does to an air conditioner. We’re background-checked, uniformed, and trained on nine major residential HVAC brands so the person at your door can actually fix what’s in your attic or crawlspace.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Victor Mancini, Owner & Lead Technician
Victor started turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems in 2003, the same year Cold Harbour opened its doors, and he’s been the steady hand behind the Atlanta location ever since. His certifications cover refrigerant handling and high-efficiency system diagnostics across Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard equipment. Victor writes the guarantee on every repair himself before the job is done, and he means every word of it. Outside of work, he restores vintage tube radios and will happily tell you which ones still pick up AM better than anything made today.
Darnell W., Senior Installer
Darnell leads AC installation jobs across Atlanta, from single-stage replacements in Cabbagetown bungalows to full system swaps in newer builds in Brookhaven. He came up through the trade doing commercial ductwork before moving to residential installs twelve years ago, and he’s the guy who catches framing issues and airflow problems before they become callbacks. Darnell holds an EPA 608 certification and specializes in matching new condensers to existing ductwork without oversizing the system. He coaches his son’s little league team in Decatur and is famously particular about leaving the worksite cleaner than he found it, which is one of the five Kingswell Way values he says comes naturally to him.
Maya C., Service Coordinator
Maya is the live voice on the other end of (478) 223-8776, and she’s been with Cold Harbour for six years. She keeps the dispatcher board organized, confirms appointments with exact arrival windows, and pulls up your service history before the technician even starts the van. Maya knows most of our repeat customers by first name and remembers which systems they run, which saves time on every call. Before joining the team, she worked in patient scheduling at an Atlanta medical clinic, so she’s used to calm triage and quick answers. On weekends she’s usually hiking Stone Mountain or finding the best shrimp and grits in the city.
Tommy R., Apprentice Technician
Tommy joined Cold Harbour two years ago through the Kingswell network’s hands-on training pipeline and has already worked alongside every senior tech on the team. He’s currently studying for his full refrigerant certification while riding along on AC repairs, furnace diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance calls throughout the metro area. Tommy grew up in East Atlanta and has an instinct for older homes, especially the steam-heated radiators and duct retrofits you find in neighborhoods like Grant Park and East Lake. He’s the one who double-checks equipment torque specs and labels panel wiring, and he’ll tell you he learned that habit after one too many “mystery wire” puzzles in the training bay.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Atlanta team member works to the same written standards that govern every independently owned Cold Harbour location in the Kingswell network. That means the five values don’t live on a poster, they show up at your front door. The price is printed and handed to you before any tool comes out. We arrive in the window we gave you. We leave the space cleaner than we found it. The guarantee goes on paper, not on a promise. And if the repair fails inside of 365 days, we come back and correct it at no charge. Victor signs off on that standard himself, and he holds every technician to it on every call, from a quick capacitor swap to a full system install. It’s the reason the name Cold Harbour fits: a roadside shelter where travelers waited out bad weather in safety. Our job is to be that shelter for your home, in any season Atlanta decides to throw at us.
